Géraldine, founder of L'Effet Clochette

Geraldine

She has always been sensitive to the well-being of the planet and firmly defends her humanist values: organic farming , living together , zero waste and small everyday actions that contribute to saving the environment through recycling .

She left 15 years ago to sail around the world, to see what was happening on the other side of the world.

During this odyssey, she witnessed the damage caused by plastic pollution and other waste that has accumulated on the seas and shores of the 25 countries in which she lived.

After crossing oceans and spending years in Asia , she returned to France during the Covid period and embarked on a new adventure .

On a completely crazy bet , they create the Tinker Bell Effect to fight against:
I. The billions of single-use disposable packages used each year in France (for bread, groceries, etc.)
II. Food waste .
III. The destruction of thousands of tons of quality textiles (burned or turned into rags…)

IV. For inclusive local employment among vulnerable populations.

The brand's name and logo embody its values and mission . The " Tinker Bells " produce a beneficial " Tinker Bell effect " for the planet by creating chic , ethical, sustainable and socially responsible objects, all without polluting .

The brand 's logo , meanwhile, evokes the fairy's magic wand , which sprinkles its stars and its blessings upon our planet

They meet again 35 years later, in the midst of a pandemic, during the second lockdown of autumn 2020. They then make the same observation: in our hyper-consumer society, all packaging and disposable over-packaging are endangering the planet.
They are both convinced that instead of continuing to throw away single-use packaging, it is possible to use alternative, ethical, sustainable and solidarity-based solutions.

Christophe, founder of L'Effet Clochette

Christophe

He lived his American dream at 20, believing he would learn English better by interacting with Americans in Florida, where he worked for Paul Bocuse, than in the university classrooms in Dijon.

Upon returning to France , he worked as a sales and marketing executive in large international corporations. He then became self-employed, always developing his businesses while remaining true to his human values and principles. He is particularly sensitive to issues of disability and exclusion because he has experienced these situations firsthand.

The Tinker Bell effect is at the heart of its humanist values
